Large BIM Models for Review & Feedback

Hello everyone,

As BIM adoption grows, we're finding ourselves increasingly needing to share large and complex BIM models for review with a diverse group of project stakeholders, many of whom don't have specialist BIM software.

Our main challenge is finding the most efficient way to:

1. Distribute large model files without technical hurdles.

2. Enable quick, intuitive 3D visualization for all reviewers (including non-BIM users).

3. Collect clear, contextual feedback (e.g., markups, comments directly on the model) that integrates back into our BIM workflow.

What strategies, platforms, or workflows have you found most effective for this challenge? We're eager to learn how others are tackling efficient model sharing for project feedback.
